Alex Shein, BComm
Senior Mortgage Consultant

 

Having worked with a wide variety of real estate professionals throughout Greater Vancouver including investors, developers, general contractors and renovators, as well as mortgage and financial planning industry professionals, Alex developed a broad understanding of how a mortgage can be used as a tool to meet your needs.

 

Alex’s specialty is in finance which benefits his clients as it allows him to better understand both overall financial strategies and tax implications with each mortgage scenario. He believes that the best decisions are informed decisions and therefore ensures he provides his clients with a number of options as well as the pros and cons for each so they can be confident in their final decision.

 

Alex holds a Bachelor degree from the Sauder School of Business at UBC, specializing in finance. Alex has also completed the mortgage broker course at the Sauder School of Business. He is a proud member of the Mortgage Broker’s Association of British Columbia and the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals.

 

Alex is often reminded that, “people don’t plan to fail, they fail to plan.” His job as a mortgage consultant is to help his clients plan for one the most important investments of their lives. His success is in found in his client’s peace of mind.

 

In his spare time, Alex enjoys walking and training his dog, playing soccer, and improving on his novice golf game with friends and family. He is also dedicated to giving back to the community and supporting the SPCA.

 

 

 

Lev Keselman, AMP, BComm
Senior Mortgage Consultant

 

With over five years of experience in the personal finance field, including “big bank” experience, mortgage firms, and financial planning/insurance planning, Lev can provide his clients with vital insider’s knowledge.  He has extensive experience in residential and commercial mortgages and he relies on his background in accounting and finance to determine how a mortgage fits with his clients’ holistic financial plan.

 

Lev believes that good communication is the key to his successful client relationships. By listening to and refining  both their immediate and long-term goals, Lev then works with his clients to develop a financial plan and mortgage solution that will help them achieve those goals.

 

Lev’s expertise doesn’t end with mortgages. He believes that financial planning is a key component of any venture. Whether purchasing an investment property, arranging your first commercial mortgage, leasing the essential equipment needed to run your business, or borrowing to start your business, Lev can help you get what you need to move to the next level.
